As a tequila company with small batch production, the process takes time and experience, so only small quantities can be produced. In fact, they do not make more than 500 boxes per batch. This process allows strict quality control to be maintained, which guarantees an exceptional flavor and makes the product one of the most distinguished in the industry. The meticulous attention to detail that goes into creating each bottle of Casa Dragones can only be achieved by hand. Each bottle of Casa Dragones is numbered and signed by hand, as a commitment to quality.

Fortaleza Tequilas were launched on the market in 2005, so they are relatively new, but that does not mean that they do not come from a house with tradition, since the brand has more than 140 years of history. Slow cooking of the agave, pressed in Tahona (2-ton volcanic stone), natural fermentation for 5 days and distilled twice in traditional copper stills make Tequila Fortaleza a truly special liquid.
They are made in the same way for more than 150 years using old world machinery and processes, during the process no other sugars or chemicals are added to accelerate fermentation.
Fortress Tequila made with 100% Blue Agave is aged in American oak barrels, adding depth and complexity to the tequila.

All of their tequilas are 100% agave handcrafted in small batches in one of the oldest distilleries in the city of Tequila. Independent distillery run by the family since 1900 and since then they have taken care of their people their culture and their land.

The Camarena family is a 100% Mexican company that has been producing, since 1937, 100% tequila from agave sourced exclusively from its own fields.
Tequila Ocho is a “Single Estate Tequila”, which means that each agave harvest comes from a single field and produces distinctly different flavour nuances.
Because their agaves take 7-10 years to mature, each harvest occurs only once a decade (or even less), making each one rare and collectible.
They are the first brand to bring this concept to market and have done so to demonstrate the incredible depth and breadth of flavour and aroma that agave brings to tequila.

Their main goal was to make a high quality 100% agave tequila and then make it spicy. And that is exactly what they did.
Ghost Tequila is produced at the Casa Maestri distillery in Tequila, Mexico, where they create small batches, combining old world techniques with modern ingenuity and using a hint of hot pepper to create a spicy, perfectly balanced spirit.
This marriage of agave and spice makes Ghost exceptionally versatile and incredibly smooth.
