The concept for Signal Hill Whiskey came about in 2014, when two industry veterans concluded that the time was right to develop a unique blend. Signal Hill whiskey is made from two types of grains. Corn whiskey is distilled twice through a two-column still to produce a light, smooth characteristic.
Barley whiskey is pot distilled to bring out a subtle bready, nutty or malty flavour.
Multiple layers of flavor are preserved through non-chill filtering, resulting in a fuller mouthfeel and smoother finish. Mixed with the crystal clear waters of Newfoundland, Canada. The quality of the water enhances the overall flavor profile of this fantastic whisky.
