Ca’del Bosco is an iconic and pioneering winery in Franciacorta. A dream longed for by the founder Maurizio Zanella, more than 40 years ago who decided with rebellion and tenacity to follow his own path. In a virgin land, whose potential for wine production was not yet known. The first Ca’del Bosco vintage was in 1972 and since then its wines have been synonymous with innovation, quality and respect for tradition and the environment. QUALITY WINES, NATURAL WINES. Its ideology is based on fundamental principles, both on the cultivation of grapes and the unique and innovative production process.
Using natural yeasts, grape selection, transport in small boxes, vinification by gravity and reduction of the use of sulphites. All this means that its wines are considered the best in this region, making Ca’del Bosco today the most desired for its pioneering, imaginative and authentic spirit.
