The history of Tuscan wine reflects an image of the pure Italian essence.
It has different wine representatives in the region, with a large number of denominations of origin and variants, but without a doubt, the most popular and outstanding is Chianti wine. This region dates back to a production of three million hectoliters of wine per year, making it one of the largest producers in the country. It has different wine representatives in the region, with a large number of denominations of origin and variants, but without a doubt, the most popular and outstanding is Chianti wine. Thus the Chianti and the rest of the endless number of Denominations of Origin of Tuscany have diversified, achieving very good qualities and very varied flavours.

WHERE SKILL AND NATURE MEET

Fèlsina is an Italian winery located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, Italy. This property, run by the Domenico brothers, Giuseppe and Giovanni Poggiali, is located right on the border that divides the DOCG Chianti Classico from the DOCG Chianti Colli Senesi.  This border territory – as defined by its owners – has the potential to produce excellent wines in both appellations. With the same raw material (the Sangiovese grape) it will only depend on which side of the line you place yourself.

Among the wines produced by this winery under the DOCG Chianti Colli Senes, Fèlsina Berardenga Chianti Colli Senesi stands out, which is made with great dedication and care: manual harvest, destemming, pressing and fermentation.
