Fords GinLondon Dry Gin is distilled at Thames Distillery by Charles Maxwell 8th Generation Master Distiller.
9 Botanicals sourced from around the globe. 49.5% Italian Juniper Backbone with Coriander, Citrus, and very light Forals. Rich, round mouth feel, natural oils from the slow maceration and distillation.

Ron Caña BravaRevival of the Carta Blanca style, designed especially for classic rum cocktails such as Daiquiri, Mojito, etc.
Distilled at the Las Cabras Distillery in Herrera, Panama and controlled by Master Distiller Don Pancho Fernandez, former Minister of Rum in Cuba for 35 years.
Sugar cane is all sourced locally in Panama. Fermentation takes place with pineapple leaves to propagate native yeast strains. Aging takes place in new and used American oak barrels. Blended with older rums from the distillery.

Tequila CabezaDistilled at El Ranchito Distillery in Arandas, Jalisco in Mexico. The Vivanco family are agaveros(5th Generation) as well as distillers (3rd Generation).
100% estate-owned agave. Agaves are split and roasted for 24 hours in brick ovens –no pressure cookers. Winter fermentation for greater flavors, with the aid of champagne yeasts. Slower fermentation results in a bolder, fruitier nose. Sits for 60 days in stainless tanks – no oak, no forced oxygenation.

Vodka Aylesbury Duck The Aylesbury Duck is a truly noble woodland bird, well-deserving of its own vodka.
Non-GMO winter wheat from the Canadian Rockies. Distilled many times (continuously) through three separate copper columns. Very lightly filtered: only Millipore filtration (fancy coffee filter, basically). Shipped in bulk to Mendocino, CA. Cut with local well water.
